Scrinarii is a character from TribeTwelve. He originally started posting on the TribeTwelve Reddit and was assumed to be a gamejacker, so he was banned. Scrinarii later joined the TribeTwelve Discord where he was also banned. However Firebrand himself posted a video confirming that Scrinarii was indeed a canon character. As of right now we do not know much about him.
