Vincent "Vinnie" Caffarello is a major character in EverymanHYBRID. He states that his last name is "Everyman", referencing the video series that he has created as a guide to fitness and health. In "Episode 1: Introduction", Vincent describes the series and gives the audience a link to his Twitter (http://twitter.com/everymanhybrid) and their e-mail (everymanhybrid@gmail.com). He is listed at the beginning of the introduction as "your EverymanHYBRID".

Biography

EverymanHYBRID

In "Episode 1: Introduction", he introduces himself, and is the only major character to speak. The video ends with a peculiar view of a forest.

In "Episode 2: The Night Jog", he introduces the video and explains the importance of stretching and doing jogging, then continues explaining the beauty of the sunset and explains jogging further as he passes "the Slender Man". Later, while Evan is explaining stretching, "the Slender Man" can be seen standing outside, and ends the video with a last-minute explanation about stretching.

In "Episode 3: Dreams & Eating", Vincent explains the episode, before it cuts back to Evan, who is at a supermarket. The rest of the episode consists of him and Evan sitting together, explaining the importance of healthy eating.

"Episode 4: Cardio & Outdoor Activities" begins with Vinnie explaining several outdoor activities. He also jokingly picks up and runs with Evan on his back at one point, before demonstrating running. He speaks with Evan, however, the audio is drowned out with distortion as "the Slender Man" appears. The video then cuts to Vinnie explaining more outdoor activities, as "the Slender Man" watches through the window. Vinnie and Evan then demonstrate an activity called "car-pushing" which they explain as "the Slender Man" watches. He then allows Evan to explain a doll that he was (supposedly) given by a little girl that a man told her to give to him.

Vinnie explains in "Episode 5: Upper Body & Arms" many ways to work out the upper-body without a gym membership. During his workout, a mysterious figure passes by a nearby window, before coming back to stare at Vinnie. During the video, all of the lights in Evan's cellar (supposedly) blow out, only to be turned on shortly afterwards. Vinnie and Evan both continue the episode, explaining multiple workout machines, while a mysterious figure (possibly the same one seen earlier, in the window) walks away into the dark background. Evan attempts to play music, before he immediately shuts it off again, playing it off as being broken (most likely another stunt to indicate that "the Slender Man" is nearby). The duo conclude the video by explaining some more workout machines.

"..." begins with bizarre, out-of-place footage, and it appears that someone named Nick broke into Evan's house and impersonated the Slender Man. Vinnie convinces Evan that they should use the footage for their next video. Despite this, Vinnie believes that the "prank" had gone too far, and discusses it with Jeff, while Evan coughs heavily in the background. Vinnie implies that Nick was responsible, and both Vinnie and Jeff seem especially unnerved that there were no possible escapes from the room that they spotted the Slender Man in, yet, there was no evidence that anyone was in the room at all.

In "Episode 6: Healthy Eating", as the video is concluding, Jeff heads back with Vinnie, and they notice a mysterious figure in the back of his car, whom they presume to be Daniel. When they arrive, the figure has vanished, and their camera is acting up. The crew then spot "the Slender Man" in the house already, except, this time, they legitimately don't know where it came from, and head inside to investigate. When they get upstairs, they converse with Daniel, before they turn around to find the Slender Man in a nearby room, who telekinetically slams the door shut. The crew break into the room, but find no evidence that anyone was inside, indicating that they are being stalked by the real Slender Man. The crew is noticeably unnerved, since the only possible exit was the door, and the fact that they are on the second-floor rules out the windows.

"Public Service Announcement" has Vinnie, Jeff, and Evan admitting that they have been using a fake Slender Man for fun, but, with the break-in shown in the previous episode, they feel that they should address the fact that "someone took the joke too far". Evan, understandably angry, states that he wants to know who it was, but that if they come clean, he'll forgive them, however, if they don't, and he catches them, then "there will be very negative repercussions".

"A Day in the Life" is the crew's attempt to have an easy and calm episode, featuring Vinnie, Evan, Jeff, Jeff's brother Alex, Jessa, and Ryan. The group simply walk, talk, and fool around in a park.

"Our Two-Part Special on Sleeping & Dreams: Preview" has the crew starting an experiment based around sleep deprivation. Vinnie and Jeff will be recording their behaviour while depriving themselves of sleep.

"Sleep Lab Part 1- Sleep Deprivation" has Vinnie and Jeff updating their viewers on how they've been doing. They also mention that they are using a journal to describe their hallucinations, just-in-case. Vinnie takes Jeff into the nearby room and states that, within ten seconds, somehow, a series of photographs from their video "A Day in the Life" are now hanging from the ceiling, with the majority of the pictures having been drawn over with marker, and the peculiar mouse toy that the crew received in Episode 3 is now on the floor, heavily burnt. They seem to laugh it off, believing that Evan is responsible, so they head to scare Evan. Evan never receives a full-on answer as to why they disturbed him, but he plays along, and they have a make-believe sword fight. The duo conclude with the fact that the experiment will most likely end soon.

"---" contains footage of the crew conversing over different subjects, but, at one point, Jeff appears and argues with Vinnie. Evan asks about what is happening, and Jeff mentions a shrine in the back-room. Vinnie attempts to explain that Alex built it, and that it can just be played off, except Jeff argues that he wasn't home during the time, and Jeff is getting angry and worried as to why they are beginning to experience these bizarre occurrences. Vinnie argues that they can't let whoever is bugging them win, as it's a sign that they get their way. Jeff admits that he loves the EverymanHYBRID project, but the disturbing occurrences happening around them isn't worth it. Evan points out that, at this point, nothing can be done, and Vinnie jumps on the argument, and tells Jeff that they can only fight against him by continuing. Vinnie then demands that the camera is shut off. Later, the footage of the crew conversing returns, and Vinnie promises that if something bizarre happens again, they will stop uploading the videos. Evan continues, and indicates that he believes that they are being stalked by the real Slender Man.

"Slushpops and Surprises" contains more footage of the crew conversing, and they go upstairs for some "slushpops", where Vinnie discovers a note with a peculiar black cross on it. The note reads; "W 074 41 097". They dismiss it, and the video concludes. Raspy breathing is heard, and the words "CENTER THE TRAGIC HERO AND HIS UNATTAINABLE COMPANION." are seen.

"Self Defence (Plus a message to all HYBRIDS)" starts with Vinnie and Evan teaching self-defence lessons, with Jeff behind the camera. Yoga is also touched upon.

"Joke's Over" consists of Vinnie and Evan giving some hiking tips, when the Slender Man appears. Despite Evan's attack, he escapes, and the crew discover several suspended garbage bags, that, when cut open, appear to be filled with blood and dead animals, much to Vinnie and Jeff's disgust. However, Evan bursts into hysterical laughter. Later that evening, Vinnie admits that Jeff has gone missing on his own accord, and that when they called Jessa (hoping she'd know where he is), she didn't pick up.

"Jeff" has Vinnie and Evan show up at Jeff's house to speak with Alex. However, the door seemingly opens by itself, showing the Slender Man standing in the hallway, before the video cuts back, and Alex answers the door. This is never mentioned by Vinnie or Evan, so it's entirely possible that they're completely unaware it occurred. During their conversation with Alex, he states that he last spoke to his brother three days ago. He also seems to no longer be responding to his phone. Alex is under the assumption that Jessa broke up with him, due to her not contacting Jeff at all. Alex permits the duo to peruse through Jeff's things, in hopes they may hold clues to his whereabouts. They find a picture, but it doesn't seem to be too helpful, however, Evan locates a USB drive in Jeff's room on top of a copy of the book "House of Leaves". Inside the book is a card which reads "I'm onto something", along with a paragraph circled which reads "Why did God create a dual universe? So he might say 'Be not like me. I am alone.' And it might be heard."

"78of76.avi" consists of footage of the crew seemingly breaking into an abandoned building, previously seen in "A Day in the Life". It is apparent that it is dark and covered in sand, with waves of water pushing in. What importance this has remains uncertain.

"Reunion" has the crew coming together again. Jeff states that he will explain what he discovered later, but first, the crew wish to show the viewers something important. Vinnie admits that it is strange that Jeff discovered confidential records in the burned-out husk of an abandoned building. Vinnie continues to admit that the crew went to the building. They discovered a peculiar note, as well as something strange, which Vinnie "doesn't want to jump to conclusions on", which angers Evan, who believes that this isn't a prank anymore. The camera cuts out to show archive footage of the crew in the building. Inside, Jeff admits that he never found out how the devastating fire started. Jeff admits that the papers were found in one of the lockers, which confuses the rest of the crew. Vinnie references the room looking a lot like somewhere from Silent Hill, and that the records were here. During their visit in this room, the Slender Man is clearly watching them, but they never notice. They locate a new paper, that was handwritten. It appears to be an apology letter of some sort. When they leave the room, Vinnie unknowingly catches video of the Slender Man standing in the open, looking at them.

"Cops Checked, No Body" starts with the group in a car with "Jessie", a woman they know from the internet. Jeff notes that they keep getting cards that say "Greetings from the land of Ashen Wastes" and that Jessa is still missing. Evan attempts to explain their situation to Jessie about what's going on as she doesn't know anything about their situation, and Jessie notes she is rather concerned as to Jessa just being missing. They all say they're hoping that Jessa is where they are headed. Vincent notes that people are telling them that videos are on their YouTube profile channel, yet they note the videos aren't there (referencing the fact that some videos on their channel appear invisible to them). They also note that Damsel is potentially behind their problem, as the basement shrine had "Canyouseethewords" everywhere, and they note that, unlike in the sleep lab, they no longer believe it was Alex, but rather believe it is their Slender Stalker or Damsel. They also go over the school incident from the previous episode, and speak about a Dr. Corenthal. Jessie admits that her uncles last name is Corenthal. The group shows interest in the topic, but Jessie didn't know him well, and that her uncle was estranged. The group stops at a location where there is a lot of old wreckage that may have happened in a fire. Vincent speaks with Jeff alone that they are completely uncertain why they're even here as they have no clues to go on, but Jeff insists to persevere in the area. Vincent notes Jeff staring at one point, and turns the camera to see what he's looking at. They notice a body, but Vincent repeatedly says "she's just sleeping" (clearly not believing himself). Jeff tells him to call someone, however he notes that the cops don't believe them and they aren't supposed to be in this area. Jeff immediately believes she is dead, and Vincent insists he goes first. Jeff retrieves an item from the woman's hand, and there are cuts along her wrist. Just as Jeff pulls back, Vincent points out a white figure that darts across the background. Evan and Jessie are talking back at the car, when they hear Vincent tell them they have to run. The video cuts out.
